Pat did an excellent job, as you can see from the photos the existing floor had to be chopped up do to it not being level. Pat spent time leveling the the floor before being he could lay a tile. New floor looks amazing. Thanks Pat.

Asked Pat to do a job for me after a tile broke in my bathroom and I couldn't find a replacement. Pat had to carefully remove all of the tiles with no damage to the walls or bath etc and retile the whole bath area. Minimal fuss, got on with it, turned up when he said he would and got it done in a day and a half. Very reasonably priced and over the moon to be honest. Would use him again no question.

Well pleased with the work Pat did. Tiled a kitchen floor and pantry. Offered good advice on products and finish, would highly recommend.
